  • Onboarding
Intro, assigned mentor, and a learning roadmap.
  • Work
Research notes, drafting assignments, court observation, filing, client memos, and participation in internal workshops.
  • Assessment
Feedback and a final evaluation with a certificate and mentor recommendation.
